Mark 9:44 -What is hell?

God created hell to punish Satan and all his followers. Hell is a place of torment, where everyone who lives a life in opposition to God’s will goes to hell, but God doesn’t want hell to be anyone’s final destination.

Ezekiel 33:11 -Say unto them, As I live, saith the Lord GOD, I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but that the wicked turn from his way, and live. Convert, convert from your evil ways; for why shall ye die, O house of Israel?

God does not take pleasure in the death of the wicked, for the final destination of this soul is hell and God is very saddened, but if the wicked turn from their evil ways, the Lord rejoices, for that soul will live, we do not speak only on this earth, but when he dies he will live eternally in glory with Him. 

Psalms 116:15 – Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of his saints.

We must understand that the death of the just is invaluable to God, because it is the time when his people are freed from all evil, it is the time when the just are taken victoriously from this earthly life to heaven, where they will see the Lord Jesus there. Christ face to face.

Does hell really exist? Yes it exists and the Bible has several verses that explain about it with great clarity!

Hell place and gnashing of teeth:

Luke 13:28 – There shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth there, when ye see Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, and all the prophets in the kingdom of God, and ye cast out. 

Hell is a place of pain: 

 Mark 9:43-49 – And if your hand should offend you, cut it off; better for you to enter life crippled than, having two hands, to go to hell, to the fire that never goes out,

Where its beast does not die, and the fire never goes out.

And if your foot should offend you, cut it off; it is better for you to enter life lame than, having two feet, to be cast into hell, into the fire that never goes out,

Where its beast does not die, and the fire never goes out.

And if your eye should offend you, cast it out; it is better for you to enter the kingdom of God with one eye than, having two eyes, to be cast into the fire of hell,

Where its beast does not die, and the fire never goes out.

Because every one will be salted with fire, and every sacrifice will be salted with salt.

Hell is reserved for all those who forgot God

Psalm 9:17 – The wicked will be cast into hell, and all nations that forget God.

Jesus Christ came to deliver man from hell and death

As we had already published in another study, the human being was bereft of the glory of God due to original sin. Jesus Christ came into the world so that our sins would be forgiven, and so that we would again have the opportunity to enter heaven. 

John 3:16 – For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish, but have eternal life.

God so loved the world that he sends his only son so that you and I could have eternal life. Anyone who believes in Jesus Christ has eternal life, because when we believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, we obey his commandments and his word.

The mercy and love of God is available to everyone who wants to receive Him as the only and sufficient Lord and Savior. When we raise our hands to heaven accepting the Lord Jesus Christ as only and sufficient Savior, we abandon our evil ways to follow a new way according to the will of God. And the Lord God delivers us from the condemnation of hell, making heirs to heaven and granting us eternal life.

Psalm 86:13 – For great is thy mercy toward me; and you delivered my soul from the deepest hell.

The enemy day after day is fighting to lead thousands and thousands of people to hell through the works of the flesh and everyone who lives in Such practices Will not inherit the kingdom of heaven. 

Galatians 5:19-21 – For the works of the flesh are manifest, which are: adultery, fornication, impurity, lust, Idolatry, witchcraft, enmities, strife, emulations, wrath, strife, dissension, heresies, Envy, murder, drunkenness , gluttony, and such things as these, concerning which I declare unto you, as I have told you before, that they that do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.

Therefore, we must seek to produce the fruits of the spirit, that is, only producing good fruits will we reach the kingdom of heaven.

 Galatians 5:22-26 – But the fruit of the Spirit is: love, joy, peace, long-suffering, kindness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance. Against such there is no law. And those who are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with its passions and lusts. If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit. Let us not be covetous of boasting, irritating one another, envying one another.

We can conclude that hell really exists, and God does not want this to be the final destination for man, but every time we disobey God we are cut off from his glory. The farther we go from the glory of God, the further we go to hell and the enemy of our souls is roaring like a Lion looking for someone to swallow. therefore, accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior of your life. Produce the fruits of the spirit, abandon the old practices, walk in the ways of God and let God guide your life completely, because only by coming to God your soul will be saved from the fire of hell.

 John 14:6 – Jesus said to him, I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father except through me.
